Sonax | PROFILINE Headlight Ceramic Coating

SONAX PROFILINE Headlight Coating is a ceramic long-term sealant designed for plastic vehicle headlights. Its silicon-carbon-based protective layer resists environmental factors, car washes, and prevents UV-induced bleaching. The coating lasts up to a year, with effectiveness confirmed by Osram. Each package includes 10 x 5 ml sachets, enough for 20 applications. To apply, prep headlights with Headlight Polish if needed. Pour the contents of a sachet into a clean SONAX Polishing Cloth and apply thinly to clean, dry headlights—one sachet treats two lights. Wipe off residue immediately with a Microfibre Cloth ultra fine. Let the coating harden for at least 4 hours, keeping the vehicle dry. Wait at least a week before the first wash. Avoid highly alkaline pre-cleaners as they can damage the coating, and check water beading regularly to monitor performance. Reapply if necessary.
