Sonax | Profiline Hard Polishing Pad 150mm

This hard, high-density, open-pored sponge is designed for mechanical polishing of paintwork with orbital polishers. It offers a long service life and great temperature resistance, thanks to efficient ventilation and special centre cooling. The hook-and-loop fasteners make changing discs quick and easy, while the bevelled edge ensures smooth handling. Suitable for 150 mm backing pads, it’s perfect for use with SONAX PROFILINE ExCut 05-05. To use, centre the pad on the backing plate, avoid overheating the area, and protect the sponge by not applying high pressure or working at extreme angles. Regularly blow out the pad with compressed air, clean it often, and never mix different polishing compounds on the same pad.
