Squid Ink Detailing | Fortress SiO2 Sealant

Introducing Squid Ink Fortress, their latest SiO2-infused sealant offering long-lasting, high gloss protection.

This innovative product is a hybrid of Tanzanite and Afterglow waxes, now available in a convenient liquid sealant form.

Fortress incorporates the same synthetic crosslinked polymers as Squid Ink Tanzanite, along with the additive responsible for Afterglow wax's remarkable shine. Developed, tested, and produced in-house, Fortress's unique formula is exclusive to their brand.

The result? A supremely hydrophobic, durable, and ultra-glossy sealant that's quick and simple to apply. Just one layer of Fortress will shield and strengthen modern vehicle paint against water, dirt, and road grime for months.

DIRECTIONS:

Ensure proper safety by shaking well and wearing gloves/PPE during application:

1. Pre-wash and clean the vehicle.

2. Optionally decontaminate paint with Ferrous Xtract, Clay, and Tar & Glue.

3. Optionally polish and use a panel wipe to eliminate marring and oils.

4. Dispense a small amount of product onto an applicator.

5. Apply in crosshatch patterns to a section.

6. Allow the product to flash/cure.

7. Remove gently using a tight weave microfibre.

8. Finish with a plush microfibre cloth. 

9. For optimal bonding, keep the vehicle dry for a few hours post-application.

While decontaminating and polishing are optional, they are advised for optimal adherence and longevity of waxes and sealants on well-prepared paint.

Avoid application in direct sunlight or high temperatures, and refrain from over-applying. Flash and cure times vary with ambient temperature and humidity. Wait for the product to fully cure before removal.
